Bug Reports

Found a tool that produces incorrect output, throws an error, or behaves unexpectedly in your browser? Clear, specific bug reports are the single most helpful thing users can contribute. Include the tool URL, steps to reproduce, expected output, actual output, browser, operating system, and any console errors.

We aim to acknowledge bug reports within 48 hours and resolve validated bugs in the next available update cycle.

Feature Requests

Have an idea for a new tool or generator option? The most useful request describes the workflow pain you are trying to solve, not only the solution you have in mind.

We prioritize tools that run client-side, solve repeatable WordPress or web development tasks, have clear output, and serve a broad enough audience to maintain responsibly.

Accuracy & Corrections

If you identify an error in generated output or article guidance, report the page URL, exact claim or setting, expected correction, WordPress/PHP/server version context, and any authoritative source that supports the correction.

You do not need to be certain something is wrong to report it. A well-reasoned concern is enough for us to investigate.

Trust, Transparency, and Verification

If you are evaluating FyrePress before relying on it, this is the right place to pressure-test us. Ask how a tool works, report a questionable recommendation, or challenge an article that looks stale.

You can also verify our privacy claims yourself. FyrePress tools run client-side, so tool input should not be transmitted as part of generation.

For policy details, see the About page, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Disclaimer.

Partnerships & Integrations

If you want to integrate FyrePress tools into a developer platform, feature FyrePress in a WordPress course or publication, or explore co-marketing, include who you are, what you build, the audience, the collaboration idea, and your timeline.

Support Scope & Limitations

We can help with:

  • Clarifying generated options
  • Investigating bugs in output
  • Explaining tool behavior
  • Pointing to relevant documentation
  • Privacy and data handling questions

We cannot help with:

  • Remote access to your server
  • Recovering failed deployments
  • Custom plugin/theme development
  • General consulting
  • Hosting provider troubleshooting

We do not store, access, or log data entered into tools, so we cannot retrieve generated output after you leave a tool page.

Press & Media

Journalists, bloggers, and creators covering WordPress development tools, developer productivity, or web privacy can contact us for quotes, context, or a walkthrough.
